Campsite Rules

§ 1

Caravans must be kept at a distance of 3 metres from neighbours on all sides.

Each caravan must have a separate electricity connection.

§ 2

Vehicles must be driven at walking pace on all paths throughout the site.

§ 3

Dogs must be kept on a lead. This also applies on your own pitch, unless they are secured behind a suitable, enclosed (dog) fence. Any mess caused by dogs on the site must be cleared up by the dog owner. Dogs are not permitted in toilet and washroom facilities, the self-service shop, the sports area or the children’s playground. The dog owner is liable for their dog.

§ 4

Radio, television and audio playback devices may only be used at a volume suitable for a tent.

§ 5

Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 and from 13:00 to

15:00 must be observed. Noise disturbance must be avoided during these times. Work involving general disturbance of the peace may only be carried out between 10.00 and 13.00 and between 15.00 and 17.00. Prolonged repair work or new construction must be agreed with reception.

§ 6

A warning will be issued if the walking speed limit of 10 km/h is clearly exceeded. In the event of a repeat offence, you will be banned from driving on our premises and your vehicle will be parked in front of the barrier. This applies to cars as well as bicycles and e-scooters.

§7

Please ensure that your children do not play in the entrance area. Children must exercise caution around electrical installations. Playing near the taps and crossing other areas is prohibited. Parents are responsible for their children. Use of the playground and the swimming pool is at your own risk. The playground must not be used between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am.

§ 8

Users of the swimming pool undertake to comply with the pool regulations.

§ 9

Open fires of any kind, such as campfires, are prohibited for fire safety reasons. Charcoal or gas barbecues are permitted.

§ 10

Your motor vehicle must be parked in your allocated space; only one motor vehicle is permitted per space. Visitors’ motor vehicles may only be parked in the designated car parks.

§ 11

Rubbish must be sorted into glass, plastic, paper, metal and general waste. The tenant is responsible for the disposal of bulky waste. The rubbish collection point, with the appropriate bins, is located next to the entrance.

§ 12

The consumption of cannabis is prohibited throughout the entire campsite. This is justified by the campsite’s ‘family-friendly’ status. Furthermore, reference is made to § 5(1) of the Cannabis Act (CanG) for the protection of persons under the age of 18 in the immediate vicinity.

§ 13

To ensure peace, safety and relaxation for all guests, group stays are not permitted during the specified peak season periods or on long weekends.

A ‘group’ is defined as bookings of three or more units travelling together or presenting themselves on site as a single group, even if the pitches or accommodation were booked separately.

If the regulations on group stays are circumvented by means of multiple individual bookings, or if this results in disruption to campsite operations or breaches of the campsite rules, the campsite management reserves the right to terminate the stay of the guests concerned with immediate effect and to expel them from the site.

§ 14 (Annual guests)

Subletting of caravans or tents is generally not permitted. Letting them to friends or acquaintances is only permitted if the per-person fee (P/N) is paid.

§ 15a (Annual guests)

The removal of trees or shrubs (including those planted by the guest themselves), the enclosure of camping pitches with fences of any kind, and permanent extensions for caravans are strictly prohibited or require our written authorisation!

§ 15b (Annual guests)

Any structures not forming part of a caravan or tent may only be erected with the administration’s permission. Tool sheds may have a maximum volume of 15 m³. This corresponds to approximately 7.5 m².

§ 15c (Annual guests)

Wooden privacy fences may have a maximum length of 4.50 metres per pitch and must be erected at least 0.5 metres from the hedge. The height must not exceed 1.80 metres.

§ 16 (Annual guests)

Keep your pitch clean and tidy, which includes regular maintenance of your garden area. Wastewater must not be allowed to seep into the ground.

§ 17 (Annual guests)

Annual guests are obliged to trim back their fir hedges between 15 September and 15 November and their deciduous hedges between 15 June and 10 July and 15 September and 15 November (maximum height 1.80 metres). This also includes the sides of the path adjacent to their pitch. Assistance can be obtained from reception! If these deadlines are missed, the hedges will be trimmed by the campsite operator at the guest’s expense. The charge will be based on the time taken for trimming and removal of the clippings at the hourly rate currently in force, plus a one-off fee of €50.00.
