  • What are the arrival and departure times for campers?

    In the camping area you can arrive from 12:00 and you must leave the site by 12:00 on the day of departure.

    On request you can add a late departure until 18:00 for a fee of 5,00 €.

  • Is there a fresh water supply at the pitches in winter?

    In the winter months we turn off the fresh water supply on the pitches due to the risk of frost. Fresh water is available at the supply and disposal station and in the sanitary building in the main building.

  • What are the arrival and departure times for the rental accommodations?

    In the rental accommodations the guaranteed arrival is possible from 16:00, the departure must be made on the day of departure until 11:00. Earlier arrival is only possible if your booked accommodation was not occupied before or could be cleaned early.

    An earlier arrival, as well as late departure can not be booked!

    Arrivals and departures are possible on all days.

  • When is the barrier closed?

    The barrier is closed from 22:00 pm - 07:00 am.

  • Can I charge my electric car?

    There are 3 charging stations for our guests at the main building.

  • When is the reception open?

    In low season Friday from 8:00 to 20:00, Saturday - Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00

    In high season Monday - Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00

  • Is the restaurant open?

    We offer self-service gastronomy with out-of-home sales and a few outdoor seats. Table reservations and telephone orders are not possible.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Dogs are welcome on the campsite, but in our rental accommodations we have decided against pets, because we also want to give subsequent guests with a possible allergy a relaxing stay. Allergies can vary in severity, so no matter how well the accommodation is cleaned, it may not be enough.

    Around our facility, campers with dogs will find very good and sufficient paths to walk!

  • Are my minor children allowed to spend their holidays at your place?

    Children from the age of 14 may also stay at our campsite without their parents. For young people up to and including 17 years of age, we require a completed proof from the parents about the exact period of the stay and a copy of the identity card of one of the legal representatives. You can download our form here, which can serve as proof.

  • Is there a shuttle service to Heide Park?

    There is no shuttle service to the Heide Park. The Heide Park is only 800m away from our facility and can be easily reached on foot.

  • What are the cancellation conditions?

    Regardless of whether it is a vacation pitch or rental accommodation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before the date of arrival! If you have already made a deposit, you can use it for a new booking or be refunded for a processing fee of 5.00 €. In case of a later cancellation or not starting your trip we charge 100% of the accommodation fees.

  • Can I exchange gas cylinders?

    Gas cylinders can be exchanged.

    We offer the exchange of gray steel gas cylinders with 5 and 11kg, as well as 11kg aluminum gas cylinders.

  • Is there WI-FI available?

    Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

  • Is barbecuing allowed?

    Barbecues are allowed with charcoal or gas, but not open fires. There is no barbecue area or similar.

    You can buy barbecue charcoal in our self-service market.

  • Is the campsite open all year round?

    Yes, our facility is always open from 01.01. - 31.12. In the winter months, however, restrictions are to be expected.

    In the camping area, for example, we only have sanitary building no. 1 in the main building completely open, sanitary building no. 3 is completely closed and in sanitary building no. 2 the shower and wash rooms are closed.

  • Are there barrier-free sanitary facilities?

    Yes, in our main building there is a shower, wash and WC room which is available for wheelchair users and other guests with disabilities. There are also larger WC cubicles in sanitary building 2, so that they can be used with a wheelchair.

  • Is bed linen available in the rental accommodation?

    In the guest rooms, rental caravans, mobile homes, heide-lodges, schäferwagen and schnuckenbuden, the beds are already made up. Towels are also available.

    In the sleeping barrels, only sheets are available and made up. Blankets and pillows or sleeping bags must be brought by yourself or can be booked for € 9.00 per set, at least one day before arrival. A towel set is charged at € 6.00.
